<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate a writing process of relief address information.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprises: a relief address generation circuit 110 which generates relief address information on the basis of a plurality of data bits DQ2 supplied in time series from outside via a first terminal; and a programming circuit 120 which writes, into one of fuse sets XSET1 to XSETm and YSET1 to YSETn, the relief address information generated by the relief address generation circuit 110. Accordingly, if programming operation is repeated for the total number of fuse sets at most, a writing process of a series of relief address information is completed, so that time required for the writing process of the series of relief address information can be shortened.</p> |
