<p>The method involves carrying-out a relative movement of a sensor device (1) along an upper surface (27) of a measurement object (25), where the sensor device passes through multiple measuring positions at the upper surface of the measurement object. A measurement value of the measured variable and a measurement value of the latter measured variable are detected at each measuring position of the sensor device and are associated with the position of the measurement object. The non-metallic material is a carbon fiber composite material. An independent claim is included for a sensor device with a sound pipe made of a ferritic material.</p> |
