The system has two rotary actuators (29,31) that are fixed together for an active ride control, and provided with the motor gear units (33,47). The motor-gear unit of first rotary actuator is supported at the vehicle chassis, and is connected with the first torsion spring (39) such as a torsion-torque rod having a predetermined spring constant connected to the output lever (45). The motor-gear unit of second rotary actuator is connected to the output lever (57). A second torsion spring (51) is supported resiliently in direction of torsional moments acting on the vehicle chassis.
