PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve impedance mismatch between a coaxial line and a triplate line.SOLUTION: The feeder circuit includes: a signal line 2 provided on one face of a first dielectric layer 4; a through-hole conductor 10 that is formed on an internal face of a through hole penetrating through the first dielectric layer 4 and a second dielectric layer 3, connected with the signal line 2 and connected with an internal conductor 9 of a coaxial line for feeding electric power; and a matching line 13 that is provided on a face on the side in which a ground conductor 5 of the second dielectric layer 3 exists and whose one end is connected with the through-hole conductor 10. |
