PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize proper welding, even when welding a laminate of a plurality of plates.SOLUTION: A welding device comprises electrodes (80a and 80b) abutting on a joining object, welding power sources (2-7), detection parts (10-15) for detecting a physical quantity on the joining object in welding and a control part (16) for stopping current-carrying to the electrodes (80a and 80b) when one physical quantity detected in welding reaches a predetermined finishing condition, by starting the welding by supplying an electric current to the e electrodes (80a and 80b) from the welding power sources (2-7) in response to indication from an external part. The physical quantity is a welding current, welding voltage, welding electric power, inter-electrode resistance, a load applied on the joining object and a displacement quantity in the thickness direction of the joining object. |
