PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that improves efficiency of routing of cables by commonly using a cable for detecting temperature abnormality and a cable for another purpose.SOLUTION: A voltage measurement device 10 measures a voltage between output terminals of a voltage converter 6 and detects temperature abnormality of a capacitor 4 connected between the output terminals of the voltage converter 6. The voltage measurement device 10 is attached to a temperature abnormality detection position, and includes a thermistor 5 connected to one output terminal of the voltage converter 6 and a measurement circuit 12 measuring a voltage at the one output terminal with respect to a predetermined reference potential via the thermistor 5 and a voltage at the other output terminal with respect to the reference potential. The measurement circuit 12 outputs a signal indicating temperature abnormality detection when the absolute value of the voltage at the one output terminal via the thermistor 5 and the absolute value of the voltage at the other output terminal are different from each other. |
