PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packet analysis system in which content of packet information transmitted by a remote monitoring control system can be easily checked.SOLUTION: A packet analysis system 1 for remote monitoring system has: an acquisition function 2 for acquiring packet information transmitted between a remote monitoring control device connected to a controlled device to be a remote control target and a plurality of information exchange devices connected to the remote monitoring control device through one or more networks; an analysis function 3 for analyzing packet information Dp acquired by the acquisition function 2; and a display function 4 for outputting analysis information Da being information acquired by analyzing the packet information Dp with the analysis function 3 to a display section 6. The display function 4 arranges the analysis information Da in time series order to output it on the display section 6.
