PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device utilizing signals received from a reference unit and a sample, a system, and a method.SOLUTION: Especially, radiation includes at least one first electromagnetic radiation heading for a sample and at least one second electromagnetic radiation heading for a reference unit. A frequency of radiation changes with time. Interference can be detected between one or more dosages of third radiation relating to the first electromagnetic radiation and one or more dosages of fourth radiation relating to the second electromagnetic radiation. By obtaining a specific signal relating to one or more phases about at least one frequency component in interference, the specific signal can be compared to one or more pieces of specific information. In addition, by receiving at least a part of radiation, another radiation can be provided, and the specific signal can be calibrated on the basis of an additional signal. |
