PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing method capable of easily performing correction parameter setting according to the different types of recording media. ! SOLUTION: An image processing system 10 acquires spectral reflectance of a non-standard recording medium (recording medium used by a user) used for output, set a correction parameter for the recording medium, performs fluorescence correction to an input image on the basis of the correction parameter, forms an image with a printer, and outputs the image. With this configuration, correction parameter setting can be easily performed according to recording media having different fluorescent characteristics, and the consumption of a recording medium and color material can be minimized. !
