<p>The frame has rail plate (10) that includes a base plate (11), positioning bars (12), positioning blocks (13) and mounting rails. Each mounting rail has an orifice, lateral apertures and locking blocks (143). A suspension device (20) is connected to rail plate and provided with fastening sets, a suspension plate (22) and retaining rings. The fastening sets are mounted in mounting rails and provided with two half blocks. The suspension plate is attached to mounting rails and is connected to fastening set.
