<p>The invention concerns an end plug for an inner tube (2), and intended to form an attachment point for an extended elastic element (12) that, passing over the end of the inner tube, forms one of two opposing tube ends of a pair of tube pieces (1, 2) that move telescopically relative to each other and that limit between them a ring-shaped compartment (18) in which it is intended that the elastic element extends from the tube end of the inner tube (2) and onwards down along the inner tube in order to offer, united with the outer tube (1 ), resistance to movement when the telescopic tube pieces are displaced one inside the other. In order to form an attachment point for the elastic element, it comprises a shaft (31 ) that fits into the end opening of the inner tube (2) in a clamping manner and, after mounting, is locked in its direction of withdrawal from the tube opening through interaction between cams (36) that protrude radially from the periphery of the shaft and the inner cavity wall of the inner tube, a head (32) that demonstrates an opening (33) or channel through which a part (12c) of the elastic element (12) can run over the tube end of the inner tube (2).</p> |
