摘要 Provided in the present invention are particles having surface enhanced raman scattering activity, a manufacturing method thereof, and a method for identifying a material on the surface of a nonconductor and a method for analyzing electrochemical reaction on the surface of a conductor using particles having surface enhanced raman scattering activity. The manufacturing method for particles having surface enhanced raman scattering activity comprises a step of preparing a microcore solution which contains a microcore, and a metal nanoparticle solution which contains metal nanoparticles; a step of aging the metal nanoparticle solution; a step of forming a metal adsorption layer on the surface of the microcore by mixing the aged metal nanoparticle solution with the microcore solution; and a step of forming a metal microshell on the surface of the microcore by mixing the aged metal nanoparticle solution with the microcore solution which contains the microcore having the metal adsorption layer and then performing an electroless plating process.
