<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high pressure pump capable of sufficiently restraining pulsation even when a flow speed of fuel to be returned to a fuel gallery is high. <P>SOLUTION: With an extension region R of a pressurizing side path 58 assumed to be inside a fuel gallery 31, the extension region R is configured extending to a lid part 14 side of a damper unit 32 on the opposite side of a bottom part 15. The damper unit 32 is comprised of a damper member 35 composed of two diaphragms 33, 34 disposed on the lid part 14 side and the bottom 15 side and joined at the circumferential edge, a bottom side support part 36 disposed on the bottom 15 of the fuel gallery 31, and a lid side support part 37 pressed so as to nip the circumferential edge of the damper member 35 between it and the bottom side support part 36. The lid side support part 37 has a tubular wall 40 forming a gallery part space 41 circumferentially surrounding the diaphragm 34 on the lid part 14 side and opened to the lid part 14 side with the diaphragm 34 as the inner surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
