FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine. An iridolenticular block is made of a biocompatible material and consists of an elastic diaphragm portion in the form of a coloured ring of an outer diameter of 12-12.5 mm, an elastic transparent optical portion and supporting elements. The optical portion of 5.0-5.5 mm in diameter is separated from the diaphragm portion of an outer diameter of 2.5-3.0 mm at 0.1-0.5 mm in a parallel plane and connected thereto by means of petals extending from the optical portion. The diaphragm portion is connected to the solid supporting elements integrated into the eye; each of the elements consists of the upper and lower trapezoid plates. The upper plate 4-5 mm long is bent at an angle of 20-45° at 1-1.5 mm from the periphery, and in a bend point it is bridged to the periphery of the lower plate 2-3 mm long so that a space between the upper and lower plates is 0.2-0.5 mm, and the lower plate is parallel to the lower portion of the upper plate in relation to the bend, while the greater portion of the upper plate in relation to the bend comprises an anchoring opening.EFFECT: using the given invention provides a natural flow of the intraocular fluid between the diaphragm and the optical portions, reduces a risk of developing hypertension and vitreal block, and a risk of haemorrhage (hyphaema) and developing secondary glaucoma.2 cl, 4 dwg, 1 ex |
