PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress influence of a color comparison phenomenon on an image in a specific color from the whole image. SOLUTION: An image formation apparatus is provided with: a specific color region extraction part 13 which extracts a specific color region P<SB POS="POST">z</SB>having a specific color value from a target image; a color-value-based region extraction part 14 which extracts from the target image a color-value-based region P<SB POS="POST">x</SB>that is a region except a specific color region P<SB POS="POST">z</SB>and that is classified by each fixed color value range; and a specific color correction unit 16 which corrects a color value of the specific color region P<SB POS="POST">z</SB>on the basis of predetermined correlation information including the color value difference and the distance r between the specific color region P<SB POS="POST">z</SB>and the color-value-based region P<SB POS="POST">x</SB>.
