FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: device comprises a mixer provided with shock absorbers installed to provide for a possibility of spatial movement in three mutually-perpendicular planes with a spring secured inside along the entire length. The mixer is made along a perimeter in the form of a multi-start screw surface with helical lines along a perimeter and helicoidal grooves inside the mixer at the angle of 5°-30° to the mixer's axis with, at least, one strip rolled into cylindrical coil interconnected along the longitudinal edges bent by the fold lines located at an angle to its longitudinal edges with formation of the polygonal-shaped pockets at the outer and inner surfaces of the helical lines and screw surfaces oriented to the same side. A convex spring with flat section of turns is mounted over the entire mixer length, which is provided with a device for changing pitch of turns by means of its expansion or compression.EFFECT: intensification of mixing process.7 dwg |
