Disclosed are an investment analysis system which can improve earning rates of an investor by accurately predicting whether a predetermined financial index (stock price of a specific stock and the like) has a positive peak or a negative peak, and a method for the same. According to one aspect of the present invention, provided is an investment analysis system which comprises a model determination module which determines, based on positive and negative peak data and value data of at least one related momentum determined by a predetermined method, a logistic regression model which has each of the at least one related momentum as an independent variable, wherein the positive and negative peak data are related to whether a predetermined financial index corresponding to a specific item or a financial market has a positive peak and a negative peak; and a control module which predicts whether the financial index has the positive peak or the negative peak at a predetermined analysis point by using the determined logistic regression model. |
