Provided in the present invention is a method for manufacturing coal briquettes, the method including: a step for providing powder coal to implement excellent cold strength and hot strength using waste oil or waste grease, which are steelwork byproducts; a step for providing a binder; a step for providing a mixture comprising the powder coal and binder; a step for manufacturing coal briquettes by forming a mixture; and a step for coating the steelwork byproducts on the surface of the coal briquettes. |
