Disclosed are a shrinking device and puling device for taking out a heat pipe and a plug from a steam generator. According to one aspect of the present invention, a shrinking device including a main plate; a cam lock mounted on the main plate and enabling the shrinking device to be fixated to and supported by a tube sheet; a condensation head unit vertically moving and rotating while being penetrated through and joined to the center of the main plate and applying stress relieving heat for shrinking the plug or an expanded portion of the heat pipe by being inserted into the plug or heat pipe; a linear actuator connected to the condensation head unit and vertically moving the condensation head unit; and a head rotating unit connected to the condensation head unit and rotating the condensation head unit is provided. According to the other aspect of the present invention, a pulling device including a pulling cylinder having a first inner chamber; a piston vertically penetrating through the pulling cylinder, vertically driven by the inner oil pressure of the first chamber, having a second chamber on the lower part and a cavity extended in the longitudinal direction to link with the second chamber; a central shaft inserted and joined to the cavity, having the lower part arranged inside the second chamber, and vertically driven by the inner oil pressure of the second chamber; a mandrel formed on the upper part of the central shaft; and a gripper mounted on the mandrel and inserted and fixated to the plug or heat pipe is provided. |
