The heat insulation sheet of the present invention comprises a heat insulation member of a nano-fiber web structure having micro blow holes capable of trapping air, a bonding member which is stacked on one surface of the heat insulation member to attach the heat insulation member to the inside of the back cover of a potable terminal, and a release member attached to the bonding member. The transmission of heat generated from a terminal body to the outside through the back cover is prevented, thereby satisfying the heat standard of the portable terminal and solving the inconvenience of using the terminal due to the generated heat.
