The present invention relates to a transparent sol or gel composition of high concentration vitamin C and a vitamin C derivative. More specifically, a vitamin C composition is prepared by gelation and solation of a composition including high concentration vitamin C or a vitamin C derivative, polyalcohol, acid mucopolysaccharides, and a hydrophilic solvent so as to stabilize the high concentration vitamin C or vitamin C derivative in a solution, thereby being used as an essence, a mask pack, or a hydrogel mask. Moreover, in the present invention, provided is a composition having stable and high viscosity, in which vitamin C or a vitamin C derivative is dissolved in a solution and the composition has the form of high viscosity sol or gel so that carbon dioxide gas which can be generated due to instable vitamin C can be controlled. When carried or stored, the composition is not moved much so as to have minimized contact with air and not be easily changed. The composition can be easily used and also has a good transparent appearance. |
