A method for maintaining and controlling a solar collector (16) is performed by supplying water in a water tank (10) supplied from underground water to a sprinkling pipe (101) through a filter (11) and a pump (12), cooling the solar collector (16) or clearing the snow from the solar collector using the water flowing from sprinkling holes (15, 102), collecting the water in a water receiver (20), draining some of the received water, and then circulating the remained water to the water tank (10). The solar collector (16) is cooled by transferring cooling water to the sprinkling pipe and the sprinkling holes using the pump after a control panel (30) recognizes the high temperature detected by a temperature sensor (32). The snow of the solar collector is cleared by transferring hot water to the sprinkling pipe and the sprinkling holes using the pump after the control panel recognizes a state where the solar collector is covered with snow detected by a snow sensor (31). |
