FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to a metadoxin composition and to a drug delivery device with the above composition. The composition for oral administration and release of metadoxin for at least 8 hours contains a portion of metadoxin in the formulation for prolonged release and a portion of metadoxin in the formulation for immediate release; the total amount of metadoxin makes 10-3,000 mg, and a proportion of metadoxin for prolonged release is related to metadoxin for immediate release as 60:40 to 80:20.
