<p>The method involves initially heating a bottle case (1) in a bottle case washer (5), and checking the bottle case at a heated condition by an infrared camera (4). The infrared camera is formed and arranged in such a manner that it can produce a heart image of a handle strip of the heated bottle case. The infrared camera is arranged downstream to the case washer in an extraction drift of the bottle case. Result of the infrared camera is passed down to an evaluation unit (8). An independent claim is also included for a device for performing a method for testing a handle strip of a bottle case.</p> |
