Disclosed is a waiting number management system. The waiting number management system comprises a waiting number issuing server (10) which operates by connecting, based on signals, a function for allocating waiting numbers to waiting number issuing signals requested from different terminals by time sequence and transmitting the signals to corresponding terminals, and a function for providing multiple waiting situations such as expected waiting time and the like which change by time to a smartphone of a customer based on connection via a network (110); and a first near field communications terminal (30) which can request a waiting number by being in connection with the waiting number issuing server (10) based on signals and can transmit information related to a first waiting number issued from the waiting number issuing server (10) to an NFC smartphone by performing near field communications with the NFC smartphone. |
