PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deliver an article to a processing means even if at least one processing means becomes unactuated. SOLUTION: The article conveying device for the shoe ice manufacturing device 1 includes: a second conveyor 7 for conveying a plurality of shoe ices 2 while they are aligned in a lateral direction; four second transferring means 10 for moving the shoe ices 2 on a freezer conveyor; and a third conveyor formed with three rows of first-third conveying routes 8a-8c for delivering the shoe ices 2 to three first-third packaging means 4A-4C. When the first-third packaging means are actuated, the four second transferring means 10 transfer the shoe ices 2 to each of the first-third conveying routes 8a-8c, and when the second packaging means 4B becomes unactuated, the four second transferring means 10 transfer the shoe ices 2 to the first and third conveying routes 8a, 8c to the actuated first and third packaging means 4A, 4C.
