PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform a user and a service center managing a charging stand that completion of charging comes soon when charging is almost completed in a charging stand for charging a vehicle. SOLUTION: The charging stand decides whether information on a charging state or a charged current is equal to a first reference value or more and if the decided value is equal to or more than the first reference value, a message informing that charging is almost complete is transmitted. After that, the charging stand decides whether the information on the charging state or the charged current is equal to a second reference value or more, and if the decided value is equal to or more than the second reference value, a message informing the completion of charging is transmitted.
