<p>The present invention can prevent communication from being set erroneously while simplifying a communication setting operation between a medical measurement device and an external device. A measurement device 10 includes: a measurement portion 3 that acquires measurement data; a setting portion 41 that specifies an external device 14 as a transmission destination of the measurement data based on a signal transmitted from the external device 14, and allows communication with the external device 14 without receiving input of authentication information; and a transmission and reception portion 42 that transmits measurement data to the external device 14. The setting portion 41 causes the transmission and reception portion 42 to transmit identification information of the measurement device 10 to the external device 14, and further to transmit confirmation information thereto in addition to the identification information, wherein the confirmation information is used by the external device 14 to decide whether or not the external device 14 can handle the measurement data transmitted from the measurement device 10.</p> |
