<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral administration composition which is high in safety and is excellent in an effect for reducing body fats and neutral fats such as visceral fats and subcutaneous fats, and to provide a food, a medicine or a feed containing the composition. <P>SOLUTION: Provided is the oral administration composition having a body fat-reducing action and/or a neutral fat-reducing action, characterized by comprising a carotenoid and a sphingolipid, preferably comprising cryptoxanthin and a sphingolipid.
