FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery. A cut of skin, surrounding the navel is performed with 1.5-2 cm indent from its central part, with its mobilisation in the form of a funnel. A 3 cm cut of the aponeurosis is performed on the white line of the abdomen above the navel with transition onto the umbilical ring. A flexible port with three working channels is installed into the cut. After revision of the subhepatic space, traction of the gall bladder is performed by means of a clamp. Elements of the gall bladder neck are clipped and transected. The gall bladder is ablated from the abdominal cavity. Sanitation of the subhepatic space and thermocoagulation of the bed are carried out. A tubular drainage is brought out through the navel. Desulfation is carried out. The aponeurosis is sutured layer-by-layer. The sutures are applied on the skin along the perimeter of the umbilical ring.EFFECT: method makes it possible to provide prevention of post-operational wound complications, reduce trauma and improve the cosmetic effect.1 ex, 4 dwg |
