PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the same effect as the greening of a rooftop by placing relatively inexpensive installation objects on the rooftop because of the reason that although the greening of the rooftop is effective for relaxing a heat-island phenomenon, it requires great cost and that it is inconvenient and expensive to perform the maintenance of a building due to the need for temporary removal or the like. SOLUTION: The greening of the rooftop includes the advantage of securing "permeability". Because of this, permeability can be easily secured by laying installation objects "made of plastic" on the rooftop.
