PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball screw device which can surely provide the respective seal effects of two or more of seal members only by adjusting a phase of the seal member nearest to a ball screw nut. SOLUTION: A nut screw hole 13 is formed in the ball screw nut 2, and a phase adjusting inside insertion hole 14 for an inside screw member 7 is formed in a position opposed to the nut screw hole 13 of an inside seal member 4, and an inside screw hole 15 is formed in the inside seal member 4, and an outside insertion hole 16 is formed in a position opposed to the inside screw hole 15 of an outside seal member 5. When fixing the outside seal member 5 to the inside seal member 4 by threadedly engaging an outside screw member 7 inserted into the outside insertion hole 16 with the inside screw hole 15, a phase difference between an internal shape of an inside seal lip 10 of the inside seal member 4 and an internal shape of an outside seal lip 11 of the outside seal member 5, is set as a predetermined phase difference corresponding to a distance in the axial direction between the inside seal lip 10 and the outside seal lip 11, the strip number and a lead of a ball screw groove of a ball screw shaft 1.
