The present invention relates to a banner-coupled device including a lower fixed portion where an upper edge is integrally formed on a circumferential periphery from a first circular surface and a male screw is formed upward from a central portion of the first circular surface; an upper fixed portion where a lower edge is integrally formed on a circumferential periphery from a second circular surface and a female screw is formed downward from a central portion of the second circular surface; and a banner coupling portion that is coupled with inner sides of the upper edge of the lower fixed portion and the lower edge of the upper fixed portion and is formed to surround outer circumferential surfaces of the upper edge and the lower edge, wherein the male screw is formed to be higher than the upper edge, the female screw is formed to be higher than the lower edge, and the male screw and the female screw are coupled with each other.
