METHOD FOR CALCULATING RATIO CORRECTION FACTOR AND PHASE ERROR OF CURRENT TRANSFORMER

According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for calculating a ratio correction factor and a phase error of a current transformer comprises the steps of respectively receiving a ratio correction factor and a phase error for at least two different burden of a current transformer; calculating an exciting conductance and an exciting susceptance of the current transformer on the basis of the ratio correction factor and the phase error; and calculating the correction factor and the phase error of the burden to be measured based on the exciting susceptance and the exciting conductance, wherein the two different burden is less than and equal to a ratio of a resistance component and a reactance component. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method can calculate the ratio correction factor and the phase error of the current transformer at arbitrary burden.
