A mechanical mixture of a powder of titanium and hydroxyapatite is applied as the third layer. The fourth layer is formed on the basis of hydroxyapatite. After that, the implant with the multi-layered bioactive coating is placed into a reservoir with a trichlorolanthane solution with the concentration of 0.04% Lads, placed into an additional reservoir with water, and processing is performed from the side of the surface of the sputtered multi-layered bioactive coating by ultrasonic radiation. Finishing processing by ultrasonic radiation in the trichlorolanthane solution is performed for 35 s with an intensity of ultrasound 9.6 W/cmand a frequency of 22 kHz.EFFECT: obtaining the implant with anticoagulation properties.2 cl, 1 dwg, 1 tbl
