PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection device capable of detecting a magnetic body, even when a magnetic material is included in an installation surface. SOLUTION: This detection device includes a support stand 14 supporting an antenna, and provided at least on a part with a shielding part comprising a nonmagnetic metal for shielding propagation of an alternating magnetic field to the installation surface so that a noise detected by detection coils 12, 13 is lowered below an allowable level determined beforehand by allowing the alternating magnetic field to work on the installation surface.
