PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat collection baking plate having good response to adjustment of a heating source when changing set temperature of a cooking face according to progression of cooking or the difference of food ingredients, enhancing heating efficiency enhancing heat collection ability by increasing a heat collection, uniformly heating the cooking face by making the flow of gas heated over whole face of a baking plate rear face even, reducing the fluctuation of cooking condition even in the case of mounting cold food ingredients on the cooking face by enhancing heat-retaining property, and enhancing working environment to a cooker by discharging majority of heated gas from the rear side to the outside. SOLUTION: A groove unit 7A widely collecting burning heat formed in a rectangular shape and a linear groove 16 id formed from the center point 7b of the front end fringe 7a in the rectangular body substantially perpendicularly to the front end fringe 7a, respective inclined grooves 17 inclined by necessary angle relative to the linear groove 16 are formed in nearly whole face of the rectangular body in the necessary pitch 17p from the linear groove 16 laterally and backward.
