PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device mounting structure of a working vehicle that reduces the height of a load while securing a working device on a chassis frame. SOLUTION: The structure includes a pair of chassis frames 2 extending in the back-and-forth direction of the vehicle, a sub frame 6 supported along the pair of chassis frames 2, a refuse storage box fixed on the sub frame 6, a hydraulic actuator provided on the refuse storage box, an electric hydraulic pump P to actuate the hydraulic actuator, and a suspension frame 9 suspended over the pair of chassis frames 2 and 2 to hold the electric hydraulic pump P between the pair of chassis frames 2 and 2.
