FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to aspects including dressing materials, and describes a multilayer wound dressing possessing a favourable combination of pH value and absorption ability, comprising the first layer as a wound-contacting layer which integrates an aqueous hydrogel matrix, and at least the second absorption layer.
