FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to a method of obtaining a polymer material, filled with long fibres. The fibres have residual humidity from 5 to 8% and the minimal length more than 2 mm. Organic and/or inorganic fibres and a base-material is mixed and heated in a reactor or a cutting sealant at constant motion and, if necessary, at crushing the base-material. Conditions of processing should allow constant support of the material in the friable form or in the form of lumps. Conditions, in particular, temperature in the reactor, are regulated in such a way that the fibres are dried to the lowest possible residual humidity, but should remain sufficiently flexible and should not be broken neither under processing in the reactor or in the cutting sealant, nor, if necessary, in the process of the following consolidating, for instance, extrusion.EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain the polymer material, filled with long fibres with the minimal length more than 2 mm, increase the process productivity with preservation of high quality of the finished product.14 cl, 2 ex |
