摘要 |
FIELD: physics, atomic power.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nuclear power engineering and can be used in sensors for measuring oxygen or hydrogen content in power plants. The method of making a sensitive element of an oxygen or hydrogen sensor includes making a plug from a solid electrolyte and a pipe from an electrically insulating ceramic followed by diffusion bonding thereof. Before diffusion bonding, profiled channels with a defined size are made on the surface of the plug mated with the surface of the pipe.EFFECT: invention increases output of nondefective sensitive elements and prolongs the operating life of sensors with the sensitive element by improving reliability and air-tightness of the joint between a pipe made from an electrically insulated ceramic (AlO, MgO) and a plug made from a solid electrolyte (ZrO, YO).2 cl, 2 dwg |
