FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for continuous production of moisture-curable polyurethane products used as sealants and adhesives. The method includes feeding polyol into the primary reaction zone of a double-screw extruder. Further, isocyanate is separately fed into the primary reaction zone of the double-screw extruder downstream of the polyol such that the molar ratio of NCO/OH of the isocyanate to the polyol ranges from 1.5 to 3.0. A catalyst is then separately fed into the primary reaction zone of the double-screw extruder downstream of the polyol and the isocyanate. The polyol and isocyanate are then mixed in the primary reaction zone of the double-screw extruder to homogenise the polyol and the isocyanate and a reaction is carried out to form polyurethane and a polyurethane product. A constant filling level of the double-screw extruder is maintained using a flow control device lying downstream of the double-screw extruder.EFFECT: invention improves economic parameters of production and improves the quality of the product.9 cl, 1 dwg, 8 tbl, 8 ex |
