摘要 |
FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to corrosion-resistant powder coatings, based on polymers, intended for the protection of products of metal alloys from an impact of an aggressive medium. Components of a powder composition for the coating include powder polysulphone with vitrification temperature not lower than 210°C and additionally contains an ultradisperse powder of montmorillonite and a powder of polytetrafluoroethylene 4-MB with the following ratio, wt %: polysulphone - 68-74; polytetrafluoroethylene 4-MB - 18-22; montmorillonite - 8-10.EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a mechanical mixture of protective powder polysulphone-based materials for its application as an initial material for the production of the corrosion-resistant composite polymer-matrix powder polysulphone-based coating, possessing improved physicomechanical, thermal, tribological and hydrophobic properties.1 dwg |
