Proposed tool comprises shaft section with first channel extending from shaft section first end and head section aligned with shaft section extending radially outward from shaft section and including two lateral surfaces and outer peripheral edge located there between. Outer peripheral edge comprises at least one recess for fastening of at least one insert. This tool comprises at least one second channel extending at a distance between lateral surfaces from first channel to at least one proximal groove. First channel comprises different-diameter first section and second sections. Second section has circular rib and circular groove at transition between first and second sections. Said rib has at least one bore extending between second section and circular groove.
