FIELD: weapons and ammunition.SUBSTANCE: cartridge case consists of the body and primer fitted therein. Primer consists of metal cap with percussion-type igniter fitted therein. Said cap is coated by sealing membrane. Dome-like three-lug anvil is arranged inside said cap. Said anvil contacts by its top with sealing membrane. Anvil lug bases thrusts against primer cap inner wall to get in tight contact with special circular ledge. Said ledge is arranged inside the case primer seat. Circular ledge diameter is smaller than primer seat diameter by fourfold thickness of primer cap wall plus 0.15 mm.EFFECT: perfected design.3 cl, 3 dwg
