The present invention relates to a pallet for placing a glass plate for carrying at least one glass plate for a vacuum window, including: a frame in at least one glass support for supporting the glass plate is installed on the upper surface thereof; a glass plate fixating member installed on one side surface of the frame to selectively fixate the glass plate; and an interlocking member installed on the other side surface of the frame while being interlocked with a moving body to make the frame move. Therefore, a plurality of glass plates for a vacuum window can be safely carried from equipment to equipment along an automated line, even when deformation due to a thermal expansion or an external impact occurs.
