A customer recommendation automation system for supporting sales activities of the present invention enables a user to check recommended customer information through a web/mobile customer management system daily, by including a step of collecting and transmitting call statement and message statement using a customer management system on a mobile phone; a step of collecting and transmitting sales activities and email statement using the customer management system on a web; a step of collecting information transmitted from the web and the mobile phone in a web server; a step of transmitting web/mobile phone contact history information collected in the web server for analysis; a step of analyzing the web/mobile phone contact history information; a step of transmitting daily recommended customer information on the basis of the analyzed contact history information; a step of collecting the daily recommended customer information in the web server; a step of transmitting the daily recommended customer information to the web and the mobile phone; and a step of checking the daily recommended customer information on the web and the mobile phone. |
