A knowledge service relay apparatus and a method thereof are disclosed. A knowledge service relay method of the present invention includes a step in which a knowledge service relay apparatus receives knowledge service explanation information from a knowledge service supplier terminal; a step in which the knowledge service relay apparatus transmits knowledge service guide information based on the knowledge service explanation information to a knowledge service consumer terminal; a step in which the knowledge service relay apparatus receives knowledge service reservation information corresponding to the knowledge service guide information from the knowledge service consumer terminal; and a step in which the knowledge service relay apparatus transmits the knowledge service reservation information to the knowledge service supplier terminal. |
