<p>The present invention relates to a duck killing machine which comprises a flat iron guide supported by a guide holder fixed on a base unit fixed on a stand and having a rectangular cross section; a knife unit fixed on the lower side of a machine body so as to cut jugular vein of a duck moving along the flat iron guide wherein the upper part is formed in a straight line and has a blade; a finger guide set which allows a neck part of the duck to be cut to accurately be in contact with the knife part before the duck passes the knife unit and when the duck passes the knife unit; and a device for adjusting the knife up and down which can adjust the height of the knife unit.</p> |
