The present invention relates to a deodorizing composition which comprises non-silicone-based oil and silicone-based oil, and comprises: 10-40 parts by weight of oil having a weight ratio of the non-silicone-based oil and the silicone-based oil to be 1:0.02-1:0.2; and 40-60 parts by weight of water. The composition according to the present invention is a water-in-oil composition which reduces the speed of odor components volatilized into air in a process of the odor components volatilized and recognized as an odor, to help effective deodorizing.
